For Bitrix24 On-Premise version (credit/debit cards, PayPal, and wire payments):

  1. Authorize or create a new user account at Bitrix24 Store.

    If you had an account at www.bitrixsoft.com and / or www.bitrix.de, you can use your existing credentials to get authorized in Bitrix24 Store - store.bitrix24.com.

  2. Add the needed items into your Shopping Cart and click the Checkout button.

  3. Proceed with your payment and billing information, select the desired payment method. For EU buyers & some other countries, please make sure to input your valid VAT ID. When done, click Pay now.

  4. After your payment is confirmed, commercial license keys along with activation instructions will be sent to your email address.


Each product edition includes:

  • a fixed number of intranet users (50, 100, etc.)

  • modules and features according to the product edition

  • full source code availability (excluding mobile app and Bitrix24 Messenger)

  • access to the Control Panel

  • a free 12-month maintenance subscription (technical support and updates)
