Connect your Mac calendar to Bitrix24 in just a few clicks.

The system supports two-way synchronization between your Bitrix24 calendar and iCal. Once you create an event in one calendar, it will appear in the other.

Synchronize Bitrix24 calendar with Mac calendar

  1. Open Mac calendar and click Calendar in the top menu.
  2. Select Add account to add a new calendar.
  3. Choose Other CalDAV Account as the calendar account provider.
  4. Provide your account details to sign in.
  • Account Type: Set the account type to Manual
  • User Name: Specify your login (email address)
  • Password: Enter your password
  • Server Address: Enter your Bitrix24 account address (e.g., mycompany.bitrix24.com)
If you use two-step authentication, generate a special password to connect your Mac calendar and keep it synchronized with Bitrix24.

Your events are now synchronized. When you create an event in one calendar, it will appear in the other.


Disable Bitrix24 synchronization with Mac calendar

  1. Click Calendar in the top menu.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Open the Accounts tab.
  4. Select the account on the left.
  5. Click the minus (-) icon below.
