Collab is a co-working space in Bitrix24 to collaborate with company employees and external guests. Once you join a collab as a guest, you'll get access to all collab features: chat, tasks, calendar, files, and video calls.

Collabs are available on both the web version and the mobile app. To work in a collab from your smartphone, download the Bitrix24 mobile app.

New to Bitrix24

You might receive an invitation to join a collab via email, SMS, link, or QR code.

Web version
Mobile app

If you're invited by email:

  1. Open the email invitation and click Join.

  2. Sign up for Bitrix24 and set up your profile by entering your first and last name, so others can see your contact details.

  3. Create a password.

  4. Click Continue, and you'll automatically join the collab.

  5. To log in to Bitrix24 later, use the email and password you set up during registration.

If you're invited by link:

  1. Click on the invitation link.

  2. Sign up for Bitrix24, for example, using your phone number.

  3. Click Continue.

  4. Specify your first and last names and click Continue.

  5. Create a password and click Continue.

  6. Enter the confirmation code.

  7. Click Continue.

  8. You are now ready to work in the collab.

Register a Bitrix24 account

If you're invited by email:

  1. Open the email invitation and tap Join.

  2. Tap Open the app.

  3. After that, you'll automatically join the collab.

If you're invited by link or QR code:

  1. Open the invitation link or scan the QR code with your smartphone.

  2. Tap Open the app.

  3. Select the registration method, for example, by email.

  4. Read the agreement, tap Continue.

  5. Enter the code from the email.

  6. Tap Continue.

  7. Enter your first and last name, so others can see your contact details, and tap Save.

  8. Now you can work in the Bitrix24 Collab.

If you're invited by phone number:

  1. Open the SMS invitation and follow the link.

  2. Tap Open the app.

  3. After that, you'll automatically join the collab.


Already have a Bitrix24 profile

You can join a collab via email, SMS, link, or QR code.

If you're invited by email:

  1. Open the email invitation and click Join.

  2. Enter your password.

  3. Click Continue.

  4. You are now ready to work in the collab.

Bitrix24 Network profile

If you're invited by link or QR code:

  1. Click on the invitation link or scan the QR code.

  2. Enter your login and password.

  3. You are now ready to work in the collab.

If you're invited by email:

  1. Open the invitation email and tap Join.

  2. Tap Open the app.

  3. After that, you'll automatically join the collab.

If you're invited by link or QR code:

  1. Open the invitation link or scan the QR code.

  2. Tap Open the app.

  3. Enter your email or select a social network.

  4. Enter the password and tap Continue.

  5. After that, you'll automatically join the collab.

If you're invited by phone number:

  1. Open the SMS invitation and follow the link.

  2. Bitrix24 will automatically join you to the collab.


How to switch to another Bitrix24

In the mobile app, you can quickly switch between different Bitrix24 accounts:

  1. Tap on your avatar in the top left corner.

  2. Select Switch Bitrix24 account.

  3. Tap Sign in next to the desired one.


Complete your profile in Bitrix24

Once you join a collab, you can add or edit information in your profile.

  1. Click your name at the top panel.
  2. Go to your profile.
  3. Click Edit to update details like your city or birthdate.
  4. Click the avatar to upload your photo.
  5. Save the changes.
  1. Tap the avatar in the top left corner.
  2. Go to your profile.
  3. Apply changes and tap Done.
