We continuously improve Bitrix24, adding new features and making updates user-friendly. This time, we've updated our cloud lineup and optimized the limits for each plan.

The updated lineup was published on our website and took effect on August 1, 2024. The new limits will appear in all Bitrix24 accounts starting September 2, 2024. To ease the transition, we've prepared special offers.

  • If you purchased the Basic or Standard plan before July 31, 2024, and didn't renew it or switch to the Free plan after August 1, 2024, you can upgrade to the Professional plan at no extra cost. You'll be able to use the Professional plan until your current subscription expires. After that, choose and purchase any plan that suits your needs.

    • Only Bitrix24 administrators can activate the Professional plan under this special offer. This can be done anytime from September 2, 2024, until your current subscription expires.

  • If you purchased the Basic or Standard plan after August 1, 2024, you can test the tools exclusive to the Professional plan for free until September 2, 2024.
